Warranty and Returns Policy

Our products are second-hand recycled and repurposed e-waste intended for those looking for cheap tech items that may have imperfections, faults or cosmetic defects. Due to the nature of these items there are likely no manufacturer warranties and limited ongoing software or hardware support. None of our clauses will effect your rights under Consumer Guarantees Act or the New Zealand Law, however as these products are not brand new, and may have listed faults, certain conditions may apply.

Desktops and Laptops Categories

  • Desktop and Laptops listed as working condition come with a 30-day Hardware Warranty and are strictly return to base. 
  • Product must be returned to us by courier and the buyer is to pay any/all return courier charges. In the event the product is found to not be faulty or has a fault not covered under warranty, a $49 minimum inspection charge will apply.
  • Customer must make contact with claim of any warranty issues within the warranty period from date of purchase.
  • Warranty only covers the physical hardware as it was described in our product listing and does not cover misuse, modification, software, user error or data loss.
  • We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund (in that order) any faulty product depending on availability.

"For Parts or Repairs" Category

  • This product is being sold "as-is" and "where-is" for scrap, parts or repair only, no warranties are expressed or implied and device may have limited or no functionality.
  • Picture is of actual item, no other parts or accessories are included unless specifically listed.
  • There may be additional faults to any of those listed, components may be missing or unusable. 
  • Full functionality has NOT been tested and is at the buyers risk.
  • This product is intended for a hobbyist or enthusiast to repurpose in a way they see fit, or to salvage potentially useful parts and components. 
  • The buyer takes full responsibility for the fitness or suitability of the product for their purposes as no refund will be offered on these goods after the sale.
  • Every effort has been made to describe the item to the best of our ability based on the information at hand at the time of listing. We do not take responsibility for errors or omissions.
